How to Deal with Stress
This week at work has been crazy stressful. Being tasked with planning the company holiday party on top of my regular tasks during busy season is a lot to ask of a person. Normally I combat stress with working out, but what if I just don’t have the time?
It’s been a long time since I felt stressed, and activities usually do their calming trick, so I’m at a loss. Yesterday I baked my little heart out as a stress relief mechanism. Today I’m indulging in a bit of retail therapy in hopes of feeling at ease. During the week, I no longer have that kind of time.
So that’s the dilemma I’m having. How do you stay balanced and well when you don’t have the time to do it?
